Coverage only exists when we confirm it in writing and the policy is issued, and the policy documents control over anything on this site. Summaries of coverage are general and may not apply to your situation. You can’t buy insurance or make payments on this site.

Text message program

Program name: OnePath Insurance quote and service messages.

What we send: If you opt in, we send text messages about your quote request and any policy you choose, such as confirmations, follow-up questions, appointment or call reminders, and service notices. We won’t send marketing or promotional texts unless you separately agree to them.

How you opt in: By checking the optional text-message box on our quote form and submitting it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we’ll stop texting you, for every type of message. You may get one final message confirming that you’ve opted out.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Don’t misuse this site: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no submitting information about someone else without their permission, and no automated or fraudulent submissions.
