Privacy policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what OnePath Insurance (“OnePath,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and by text message, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the coverage you’re interested in, how you’d like to be contacted, and any note you add. If you opt in to text messages, we also record that you did, when, the IP address and browser you used, and the wording you agreed to. Like most websites, our hosting also records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and explain quotes, follow up with you, provide service, keep records, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the optional text-message box on our quote form, we may text you about your quote request and any policy you choose, including follow-ups and service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Checking the box is not required to request a quote or buy anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver our messages and support our customers, such as our messaging provider and customer service tools, only to provide those services.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us using the details below.

Who else sees your information

Our team and the service providers that host this website, store our records, and run our agency software can access your information, only to operate our business. When you ask us to quote or place coverage, we may share the details needed with insurance carriers and other parties involved in that request. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

What we don’t ask for online

Please don’t send Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or payment details through this site or by text. If we need them to complete a quote or policy, we’ll collect them through a secure channel.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar tools to keep it working and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to records. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, stop contacting you by any channel, or stop text messages (reply STOP). Some records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Children

This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above.
